The Spire Healthcare LLC website (the “website”) and mobile applications (“mobile Apps., or “mobile.” or “Apps.”), together known as the “Spire Platform” are owned and operated by Spire Healthcare LLC, its predecessors or successors in interest, and its Affiliates (“Spire Healthcare LLC”, “we”, or “our” or “us”) are committed to treating the personal and corporate information of our Healthcare Professionals (aka “Professionals”, “Clinicians”) and Customers, individually or together, known as “User”, “Users”, or “you” with respect and sensitivity. This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) is part of our Terms and Conditions of the Terms of Service for Clinicians (“TOS Clinicians”) and Customer Agreement (“TOS Organizations”) of the Spire Platform.

As a User of the Spire Platform, you confirm that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy and that you consent to the way we collect, store, and process personal information about you.

Updates

We may from time to time amend this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to check this Privacy Policy frequently to see the current Privacy Policy and terms in effect and any changes that may have been made to them. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your Personal Data (defined below), we will notify you by sending you an e-mail to the last e-mail address you provided to us and/or by prominently posting notice of the changes on our website. Any material changes to this Privacy Policy will be effective upon the earlier of thirty (30) calendar days following our dispatch of an e-mail notice to you of the changes, thirty (30) calendar days following our posting of notice of the changes on our website, or the date that you accept the changes (e.g., by clicking an “I Accept” button or similar means). These changes will be effective immediately for new Users of our website and Services.

Examples include name, address, social security number, EIN, DUNS number, professional license information, certifications, education, skills assessments, self-posted employment-related health screening information, resumes, references, emergency contact, phone number, payment details, e-mail address, professional title, company name, and password.

  • Anonymous Data: Refers to data about you that is not associated with or linked to your Personal Data. This includes some analytical data, which correlate account information or usage information and may include device-specific information.

We also collect information through logs when you use the Spire Platform via any “Device” (e.g., desktop, laptop, mobile phone, tablet). The logs may include:

  • Mobile network information and IP address

  • Geo-location, device events (e.g., crashes, app activity), and application events (e.g., downloads, installs, logins).

Our Use of Data

Personal Data you submit to us is used to respond to your requests or to provide services on the Spire Platform. This includes:

  • Administration of the Spire Platform

  • Notifications of suitable job opportunities

  • Credential verification and background checks

  • Processing payments for work performed

  • Alerts and job-related updates for professionals and organizations

We do not share mobile information with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be anonymized to track usage patterns and improve our services.

  • To perform credential verification and payment processing

  • To facilitate job applications, engagements, and job fulfillment between Professionals and Organizations

We do not sell, trade, share, or rent Personal Data collected through our services to third parties except as described in this policy. All third parties are contractually obligated to handle your data securely and comply with our privacy standards.

Spire Healthcare LLC takes every precaution to protect User information. We employ:
